"Gronk" might be the best-known NFL superstar from Buffalo. He grew up in Amherst and spent 3 seasons playing for Will North. In the NFL, Gronkowski is the man when it comes to tight ends. He won several Superbowls with both New England and Tampa Bay.
Ron Jaworski
Nicknamed "Jaws" Jaworski played for 16 seasons in the NFL. From Lackawanna, Jaws played 16 seasons in the NFL making it to the Superbowl in 1980.
