The Buffalo Bills have added to their coaching staff again by hiring a coach who has taken two of his former teams to the Super Bowl.

In the offseason after the 2023-2024 season, the Buffalo Bills cleared a bunch of players from their roster to clear cap space. Contrary to what a lot of people around the league thought, the Bills ended up having one of their best seasons in 2024-2025. Josh Allen was the league MVP and they were just 4 points away from their first Super Bowl birth in decades.

This year, they're hoping that another major change will help to shake things up and get them over the hump. They've moved on from former head coach Sean McDermott and hired Joe Brady as the team's next head coach. Today, he added to his staff with a coach who is very experienced and knows how to win.

The Bills have hired coach John Fox

You may remember John Fox from his time with the Carolina Panthers, when he took them to the Super Bowl in 2003. He was able to do it again with the Denver Broncos in 2014. He's one of only 4 coaches in the league to say they were able to win both an AFC Championship and an NFC Championship (the others were Bill Parcells, Dan Reeves, and Andy Reid).

Today, the Bills hired Fox as a senior assistant coach.

Fox just turned 71 years old. He will be a big resource for a very young coaching staff led by Brady. Fans on social media seem to be torn on whether or not it was a good move. While Fox was able to lead two teams to the Super Bowl, he wasn't able to win it with either of them.

They've also hired the following assistant coaches:
