The Bills' Josh Allen has many talents, not only is he a top-notch quarterback, but he has a big love for people and Buffalo. That may be why the powers that be at New Era Cap, which is headquartered in downtown Buffalo, made Josh an offer he couldn't refuse.

It seems that Allen has some artistic talent, which was recognized by New Era, and that talent has earned him the new job as New Era's Director of Billustration.

In addition to gaining an equity stake in the company, Allen is now responsible for helping New Era give back to the city and region that made it the premier cap company in the world.
