Most Bills fans have seen him do it.  How does he come up with them, and then how does he remember them all?

Josh Allen does handshakes

We're talking about the handshakes that Allen does with his teammates before games and practices.  There's a good chance you've seen him do them.  While it used to be something he did with his offensive weapons (receivers, running backs, etc.) now, he's got a unique one with just about every member of the offense.

The funniest ones are almost always with the offensive linemen.  You can watch them here.  He literally just pats Dion Dawkins down like a police officer.

Josh talked about the handshakes on Eric Wood's podcast

As mentioned above, each one is unique.  So how does he remember them?  That's a question that former Buffalo Bills center Eric Wood asked #17 when Allen was a guest on his recent podcast.

How do they come up with them?

The first response was about how he came up with them.  Allen explained that they don't normally take long.  He'll go to that teammate and ask what he wants to do, then if he wants to, he'll modify it a little.  He'll add a move or something and that's that.  It's quick.

How does he remember them?

When you have that many to remember, is there a method?  Unfortunately, he didn't really answer that one.  He kind of just said that they aren't hard to remember.

If you're looking for a podcast to listen to, I can highly recommend Eric Wood's "Centered On Buffalo" podcast.  Not only does he bring on some incredible guests, but because he's a former player, he has some incredible insight to the game.
