I don't know about anyone else but it seems mother nature has thrown everything, including the kitchen sink at the country lately and that "kitchen sink" will be in the form of snow this week for many, across the central United States.

According to WKBW, a strong snowstorm is expected to hit the Denver region this week.

Temperatures will go from summer-like to the 20's during the overnight, on Wednesday!

The winter storm is expected to dump over a foot of snow in the Rockies. From there, the storm will move east on Wednesday as it dumps 1-2 feet of snow in the northern plains.

The Denver area is expecting anywhere from 2 to 10 inches of snow from the system by Thursday.

The storm moves into Minneapolis by Saturday, before heading back into Canada.

Crazy, right? That much snow falling in early October!!

Records about of snow fell in Montana two weeks ago, so mother nature isn't fooling around with an early winter.

Perhaps the Farmer's Almanac prediction of a brutal winter back in August was correct...
