News Reporter In Western New York Had Her Baby

A local television station shared a big surprise on Wednesday morning in Western New York. 

One news reporter has welcomed her first baby! 

You may have noticed that one of the local news reporters at WGRZ - Channel 2 hasn’t been reporting recently, but that’s because she has been preparing for a very important day! 

Lauren Hall has been part of the WGRZ team since April 2019 when she became a key role in Daybreak and Most Buffalo. Before joining WGRZ, Hall worked with Pegula Sports and Entertainment, where she was a multimedia journalist for the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres.

Hall was overjoyed to share the news that she and her husband Matt Connors were expecting their first child together, and now the baby is here! 

Born on Tuesday, August 13, Daisy Marie Connors was welcomed into the world. Hall shared the pictures with her baby girl on Instagram, and the trio is such a cute little family.

Hall took two weeks off to prepare for the big day by spending some time at home resting. I’m sure she will be back on Most Buffalo soon, but right now it looks like the Connors family will be enjoying the quality time they have together as a three-person unit.
