If you've ever felt "off" the whole day, your sleep the night before might be the culprit. And it doesn't take losing hours of z's to make an impact, a recent study says even a 16 minute deficit can make all the difference.

The Daily Star reports, "Researchers at the University of South Florida surveyed 130 healthy people, tracking both their sleep and performance at work.

Participants reported that when they slept just 16 minutes less than usual, they experienced issues focusing and processing information the next day."
