Luke Bryan's red-hot career has kept him plenty busy this year, but the hardworking singer still has plans to get his hands dirty during the upcoming holiday break. He and wife Caroline are building a family farm.

“We’re in the midst of kind of planning a farm and getting our farm together," Bryan told radio station WWPG 1050. "So, we take off to the farm a little bit."

It's not all work and no play for the couple, though. The month of December typically means downtime for most touring country artists, and Bryan reveals that his family is planning a nice getaway. “We typically go down to the Caribbean somewhere and just chill out and reboot the computer," he shares.

We assume that means Bryan will be relaxed (and presumably tanned) when he returns to kick off his Dirt Road Diaries Tour on January 17 in Evansville, Ind. The singer-songwriter will be accompanied by husband-wife duo (and reigning CMA Vocal Duo of the Year) Thompson Square, as well as newcomers Florida Georgia Line.
