Man Holds Onto Kids Caught Vandalizing Until Police Arrive [VIDEO]

I give this guy a ton of credit. One man saw a couple of young men painting graffiti on a train. He got the whole thing on video, and he is ticked!

"Guess where this is going boys. How dare you? Our taxes pay for this s***," he tells the young men. But, this is the best part: He tries holding onto the kids to keep them there until the police come.
