Not Even This Guy Is Exempt From Buffalo Parking Tickets!

We all know the $35 dollar sting of a Buffalo parking ticket.

I am the King of Buffalo parking tickets, I feel. I mean, don't get me wrong, I don't mean to be disrespectful, but when I have to drop something off in a building for two minutes, I don't want to pay six bucks to park.
