Even after finishing with a 6-10 season there are indications that the outlook is bright for the Buffalo Bills.  Earlier this week Josh Allen was named the AFC Offensive Player of the Week and now linebacker Tremaine Edmunds has been named the NFL's Defensive Rookie of the Month for December.

Edmunds interception against the New York Jets in week 14 made him the youngest player in NFL history to intercept a pass.  He finished with 43 tackles, four pass breakups, two interceptions and a sack.

The Bills have now had a Defensive Rookie of the Month in consecutive years.  Tre'Davious White received that honor in September of 2017.
