According to their Facebook page, the brand new WNY Country Music Festival, which was supposed to take place in August at Kissing Bridge, has been canceled this year. It will take place next summer.

The festival was announced earlier this year with tons of great local country music acts, including Eric Van Houten, Fuzzy & the Rustbelts, West of the Mark, Osborn Nash, and many more.

However, the event is promised to be spectacular next summer! The date will remain the same -- August 20th and 21st (2021).

With more planning, the event organizers promise to bring in many local AND national country music artists and bands for the festival. Ticket prices will be raised with the expected, expanded lineup.

Those who have already purchased tickets and/or campsites, those will be honored for next summer. However, people can request a full refund by contacting the event.

The people who put this all together really came through on a short time frame and even though we have to wait for this new festival until 2021, it sounds like it's going to be a blast! I can't wait for it.
