New York State to Require Dog Obedience Licenses
Dog obedience "trainers" may soon be required to obtain a license in New York State.
After a recent case of abuse was captures/shared on social media, state lawmakers are proposing a new law that would require people who offer dog obedience training to be official.
According to Metro Source News,
State Senator Todd Kaminsky proposed the law in response to a video that surfaced this month showing a pit bull in a crate abused by a trainer.
