According to reports, there are more than 900 items going up for sale at the annual December auction. Obi-Wan Kenobi's Hero Lightsaber from "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith" is expected to go for 155-thousand dollars.

Other things like Maverick's bomber jacket from "Top Gun," Joker's purple fedora from "Batman" and a mechanical alien from the movie "Alien" are all hitting the auction block.

It is almost Halloween and there is always a Star Wars character or two that stop at our door seeking candy. However, this year things are going to be different. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, towns and villages all across America are limiting, or all together canceling, the trick-or-treating the way we have been used to doing it for years. It is just another event that has been halted over the fear the virus spreading through direct contact. Even though most kids can and will wear a mask, the idea of face to face or hand to hand contact when out on Halloween has health experts giving us a warning.
