Obviously.

Western New York's beloved Bison dip is getting some recognition and as the Buffalo News put it: duh.

Bison French Onion Chip Dip was ranked first out of 8 at a competition at the New York State Fair in Syracuse. Mark Serling, marketing executive for Upstate Niagara Cooperative said:

I mean, it is so widely used here in Buffalo, that for the longest time, I figured it was so popular that the whole country ate it. For generations, no party, picnic or sporting event has been complete without the presence of Bison French Onion Dip, and we’re excited to see the soaring popularity of one of our newest offerings, Bison Bacon French Onion Dip. Bison Dips have had a huge, enthusiastic fanbase for years, and it’s gratifying to see the judges agree with what consumers already know.”
