If you've ever seen the movie, "Anchorman" with Will Ferrell,  you may remember a scene where the lead story was about a panda being born at the San Diego zoo.  Well this story happens at The Atlanta Zoo and it's real.  The reason it's a big deal is that it's the only giant panda to be born in the US this year!

The Atlanta Zoo welcomed a new addition this week, as a live-streaming camera captured the birth of Lulu the Panda's newest offspring. 'Good Morning America' correspondent Yunjin De Nies follows the excitement surrounding the only giant panda birth in the US this year. "Lulu paces with each contraction," De Nies narrates, "And then the cry of life. Mom answers right back and quickly cradles her cub." It will be a week before vets can get close enough to determine the cub's sex. "Right now," De Nies explains, "It's about the size of a stick of butter."
