Here's Why Pegula Is Trending In Western New York

If you logged into your social media accounts this morning, you may have noticed that the Pegulas are trending.

It’s definitely a term that grabs your attention in Western New York, considering that the Pegula name is tied to the ownership of the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres.

However, it has nothing to do with our two favorite sports teams.

Terry and Kim Pegula have been married since 1993, and together they have three children: Jessica, Kelly, and Matthew.

Jessica Pegula is known worldwide as one of the best tennis players, ranking in the top 10 on the Women’s Tennis Association’s Pro Circuit.

With the Olympics just weeks away, Jessica Pegula is gearing up to head to Paris for this year’s competition. This will be Pegula’s second Olympic Games, and she is one of 11 players chosen to represent the United States at the 2024 Olympics.

She’s currently ranked as the #5 player in the world, and she will be competing in both the singles and the doubles tournament. That’s a huge accomplishment, and it’s no surprise that everyone is talking about Jessica’s success!

The 2024 Olympics in Paris will kick off on Friday, July 26 – Sunday, August 11. It’s going to be an exciting few weeks of sports, and Team USA is shaping up to be a strong and talented bunch!

Pegula will attempt to win her first gold medal, and all of Western New York is behind her!
