Perry’s Ice Cream Releases New Flavors

It might not feel like it, but it is spring in Western New York and that means new flavors from Perry's Ice Cream. With One Buffalo being a hit, I'm pretty excited to try the new flavors they came up with this time! Perry's states these flavors are "supported by regional, national and global trends in food and dessert flavors and popular consumer and customer requests."

Chocolate Stout
Chocolate stout ice cream with chocolate stout swirls and fudge flakes.
Trends: Mixology, craft flavors, and craft beer pairings.

Deep Sea Treasure
This was the top selling flavor at ice cream stands in 2015. Caramel ice cream with salty caramel swirls and caramel sea salt truffles.
Trends: Salty-sweet

Lemon Chillo
Lemon ice cream with lemon swirl cookies.
Trends: Citrus and global flavors.

Pineapple Paradise 
Pineapple coconut ice cream with caramel coconut swirls and pineapple pieces.
