Popular Hamburg Restaurant Building New Brewery and Breathtaking Rooftop Patio [PICS]

I lived in Hamburg for five years after growing up in the northtowns. It took a while for the southtowns to grow on me, but soon I fell in love with the restaurant scene in towns such as Orchard Park, West Seneca, and Hamburg.

One of the most popular restaurants in Hamburg is about to get a major upgrade with a new brewery and distillery.

According to their Facebook page, Peg's Place Restaurant announced on Thursday that they have a new brewery and distillery that will be built next door to their restaurant and the renditions of what it will look like are amazing.

Peg's Place is a Hamburg favorite on Lake Shore Road (near Hoak's) and serves up comfort food such as melts, breakfast, and tasty pies. It feels like you're stepping back in time when you walk in.

I'm in awe of how nice this new brewery looks. It's in such a great location too. Peg's Place is near the lakeshore and judging by the rooftop patio area, there should be a cool view of Lake Erie and will surely be a gorgeous spot for drinks and food.

I can't wait for this and will only add yet another brewery destination to an already brewery-rich region. Seriously, the food and drink scene in Buffalo is unmatched. It's one of the reasons why I love this town so much.
