Honestly, these parents need to be locked up forever. In the Vine, this baby is shown sitting on the toilet, exhaling a joint of marijuana all while adults in the background laugh. There seriously needs to be a license for parenting, I swear.

The video has been deleted from the original user, and reportedly, police are now involved, looking to identify the parents of this baby.
