These Restaurant Salads Have More Calories than Fast Food!
When I go out to eat, which I do very often, I always feel better about myself when I order a salad or grilled chicken of some sort...but I guess I should feel worse!
I decided I would look up the nutritional information on some of the salads I order at chain restaurants and compare the calorie intake on them to McDonald's and Burger King!
I was extremely surprised to find out the amount of calories that I actually have been consuming.

This Applebee's chicken salad has 1,390 calories.
