Salute to Seniors: Patricia Robinson
This week we salute Patricia Robinson, the founder, director and principal of of the New Life Center in Tonawanda. Patricia was nominated by Laura Haas, who writes:
"Mrs Robinson is the Founder, Director and Principal of the New Life Center. The NLC is a church, daycare and school in the City of Tonawanda. She has been doing this for 35 years and I have worked for Mrs. Robinson for 25 years. She arrives at the Center everyday at 7 am and doesn't leave till 5 pm. She runs the daycare and school and in an integral part of the Pentecostal Church she started with her husband 35 years ago. Her family is also very involved in the business. She has helped many families in the community with child care and educational needs for so long, Mrs. Robinson is a senior who very much deserves recognition for her work and dedication to the families and children in our Buffalo community."
Each week, we’ll be highlighting a senior who has enriched the lives of those in their Western New York community. Whether they are a friend or family, everyone knows a senior who has made a lasting, positive impact on their life.
Nominate that special senior in your life to tell their story. Individual seniors will be selected by Townsquare Media staff for a weekly feature, beginning the week of 9/4/17.
