It's a tradition that started 12 years ago when Tinney Davidson moved into a home near a school in Comox, B.C., Canada near Vancouver.  Tinney waved hello to the kids walking to and from school each morning and afternoon.  And the kids always waved back.  She became an adopted grandmother to schoolkids for over a decade.

After Tinney's husband passed away she continued the tradition, but now at the age of 88 it's time for her to move to a senior living facility.  When the kids heard the news take a look at what they did.
