Shocking Surprise Awaits Son Who Tried to Pay Back Woman His Father Robbed

After Shane Lunsford, 39, robbed a woman of $700 while she visited her deceased husband's grave in Moore, Oklahoma, his son decided to give the victim back the money -- with some unexpected results.

Lunsford's 15-year-old son, Christian, found out what his father did and was horrified because his father recently given him $250 to go on a trip. Christian said there was simply no way he could keep that cash for himself:

When I found out this whole situation, I didn't know if it was hers or his or how, I just knew I needed to give the money to her."

Christian and the woman arranged a meeting, in which he handed over the money and apologized for his father's actions, but he was astonished when she let him keep the loot. She told him she wanted him to go on his trip, adding, "It was a joy to do that."

Christian said the whole experience has been eye-opening, explaining, "You're not who your parents are. Even if they do raise you, you can become whatever you want to be."
