Suicide By Stupid

What an idiot.  Is this the way you settle a dispute?  I'm not sure what this guy's beef was but he sat at the back of a school board meeting in Panama City, Florida until he walked up to the front and confronted the board with a gun.  When they tried to reason with him he opened fire and missed everybody he shot at until he was shot by a security guard.  He then committed suicide by shooting himself.
