Customer Service

I'm mad. I mean, really mad. I have had enough of the lack of customer service (or lack thereof) that companies have been providing lately.

If you feel like you've been asked by someone if they could "talk to a manager" a lot lately, it might be because we have a lot of "Karen's" in New York.

You have to give these people credit. They're not trying to make you miserable, even though that's exactly what you think. (OK, they probably are trying to make us miserable.) Though, it's not always the easiest being a customer service rep...

Is this seriously bad customer service, or does this person need to chill? This guy walks into a pharmacy and ends up taking a video because he wants 'the entire internet to see'. Unfortunately, for him, almost nobody agrees with him on YouTube.

Customer service is an art. When it's done right, it stands out. When it's done wrong, the whole world finds out about it. I am blown away by the way this customer service rep for the cable company Comcast handles this customer when he tries to disconnect his service.
