I would not say that it was to a hoarding level, but it was more I like to say cautionary. You never know when you're going to need that extra piece of wood, or you never know when that old item might become a collectible and worth some money--so, I kept everything...

How many times do we look at something and wonder "why is this even here"? On your frying pan you probably have a little hole on the end of it and you probably wondered what that was even for. I mean, who ACTUALLY would use that to hang their frying pans up somewhere...
I like to cook and consider myself competent in the kitchen. I've been cooking healthier in the past year and that means using foods and methods that haven't been used in the past. I now have go-to items that I use almost on a daily basis and don't think I could go without...
