For years people have partied at the Langford Tractor Pull. This year, there will be a big change to the way they do it.

It's an event that people have been going to for years and years. But unfortunately this year, the Langford Tractor Pull has been canceled.

Epiphany of Our Lord Church is at 10893 Sisson Highway just 11 miles south of Hamburg on Rt 75.

Brett Alan and I said it at just about the same time. "Phil Vassar was amazing!" The early afternoon rain ended just in time Saturday for Vassar to light up the stage at the Down Home Country Weekend to benefit the Langford-New Oregon VFD.

The afternoon session at the Langford Truck and Tractor Pull featured the return of the NTPA Pullers and some great weather for the thousands of fans that arrived for the first half of the largest pull in Western New York.

The big weekend is here! The Langford Down Home Country weekend starring Phil Vassar gets underway Saturday afternoon at Rtes 249 and 75 in Langford, 11 miles south of Hamburg.

Phil Vassar was my very first artist interview ever.  He was also the first artist to offer ME a beer (instead of the other way around).  He's an awesome guy and he's coming to Langford this summer.  Now, he's got even more good news for his fans.

So cool! Look at these bald eagles that were caught flying in the storm in Langford yesterday! In Western New York, we've been seeing a whole bunch of rare sights in nature, including Albino deer in West Seneca and East Aurora this week, but these bald eagles may take the cake...
