Taser Used on Student at Lake Shore High School

A student was subdued by a school resource officer this week.

According to Metro Source News, The student was outside the building when the incident happened and classes were not affected.

Witnesses and reports indicate that the officer has to use a stun gun to control the student who the Superintendent said was emotionally in crisis and that the officer acted appropriately.

An investigation is ongoing.
