Residents of Erie County and the City of Buffalo can now just call 2-1-1 to get free tax advice within the county.
The free advice is offered by the Erie County Department of Social Services and is open to anyone in the county regardless of their income level. Even if you had no income in 2021, you could still be owed money based on expanded tax credits.
