The highest paid musicians list from Forbes includes three country stars. No strangers to the list, Taylor Swift, Toby Keith and Kenny Chesney all were in the top 10. All three made their money from album sales, touring and merchandise, in addition to Chesney and Keith's alcohol brands and Toby's restaurant chain. But, who was #1?
