Texting Woman Threatens To Sue Mall

If I threatened to sue everytime I did something stupid, I'd have lawyers pounding at my door every day.  A woman who fell into a mall fountain while she was texting  is now threatening to sue the mall where she fell.To make a long story short, this woman did something stupid, she feels embarrassed by it, and now she wants to blame someone else for something that she did.

"I didn't get an apology, what I got was, 'At least nobody knows it was you.' But I knew it was me," said Cathy Cruz Marrero.  Really?  You didn't get an apology?  For what?  You didn't get an apology because YOU weren't paying attention?  What are they supposed to apologize for?  Gee ma'am, we're sorry we put that HUGE fountain in your direct walking path.

The point is that we all do stupid things sometimes.  The difference is that some of us take ownership of them...others sue.
