The 10-Day Buffalo Forecast Doesn’t Look Pretty
It's hard to believe that we're just a month away (roughly) from Thanksgiving. That means that the weather is about to get more, well, unpleasant. In fact, that time looks like it's just about here for Western New York.
The first half of October featured warmer than normal temperatures for Buffalo -- some downright summer-like temps. Now, the fall weather is here to stay and if you don't like rain, you probably won't enjoy this forecast.
The Weather Channel's 10-day forecast for Buffalo features high temperatures anywhere from 50-58 degrees, with lows in the mid-to-low 40s.
There's also a decent shot at rain, nearly every day in the forecast. Saturday will feature a cold and wet day, while Monday the 25th will basically be a washout, with a 96 percent chance of rainfall for Buffalo.
Late October, early November usually features a fair amount of rain as cold fronts cross the region and the weather finally starts to get colder. It certainly appears like you're going to need the rain gear heading out the door the next 10-14 days, and keep the sweatshirts and pants nearby, because the weather will be chilly.
I don't know about anyone else, but I can't stand 45-55 degrees and rain. Give me 30s and snow over it, every single day of the week. Cold rain is the absolute worst kind of weather in my book.
Speaking of snow, the first average flake falls in late October for Buffalo, so you know that's right around the corner...
