The pandemic is about to roll in to a second year and while there are some things that are coming back, people are longing for so many other things. There is a sound that most people would say they miss hearing and we could not agree more!

SWNSdigital.com did a survey of Americans over 40 years old and found that the sound of live music is something that we can't wait to experience again.

Do you remember the last concert you were at before the pandemic began? I was at the Kane Brown show in March of 2020. Val Townsend and I were the on-stage hosts to welcome the crowd at Key Bank Center. I remember that many people were wondering if the show would happen. The real "lock down" of things began right around that weekend and no other concerts were allowed to happen, including out Toyota Taste of Country.

As arenas and outdoor venues start to allow fans back, we may see a concert or two pop up on the schedule this summer. It's doubtful that we will be allowed to gather in a group as large as you remember. But how great would it be to enjoy an actual concert again? There simply is nothing better than hearing your favorite band perform your favorite song in person! Stay tuned, behind the scenes, there are plenty of ideas being looked at to get live music back in Western New York.
