Amazing Video Shows Time-Lapse Of Set-up And Take-Down Of TOC Stage
The WYRK Toyota Taste of Country is a concert that lasts for just a couple of hours in real time, but the amount of work that goes into it is incredible.
Every year, WYRK fans pack our local minor league ballpark for a concert, which has become a tradition. It's the kickoff to outdoor concert season in Buffalo, and for many, it's the start of summer (this year, the official start of summer happened during the concert).
The 2025 WYRK Toyota Taste of Country Lineup Was Awesome
We grabbed up some of country music's biggest stars with Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert, Sara Evans, and newcomer Shane Proffit. We even had one of Western New York's favorite local bands with Voyagr to start the show and a local contestant from "The Voice," Sydney Sterlace, to sing the National Anthem.
That's the part of the show that you saw
Here's what you didn't see
What you didn't see was the work that went into making this night a success. You didn't get to see all the incredible clients who helped to make it possible. You didn't get to see the workers who came in and set the stage up and protected the field for us. Then they had to work fast to take the stage down and get it off of the field as quickly as it went up.
But now you can. Check out this video that the Buffalo Bisons posted on their website of just some of the work it took to get Sahlen Field ready before the gates opened on the 2025 WYRK Toyota Taste of Country:
Thank you to everyone who made this night a success, whether you were on the stage or helping to build it. We can't wait to see what next year brings, and yes, you can count on the fact that the planning has already begun for TOC 2026.
