Tornado Watch In Effect For All Of WNY Until 10PM

The severe weather that has created chaos across the midwest is headed our way.  According to the National Weather Service, there is a tornado watch in effect until 10pm for all of Western New York.We could see it all tonight from hail to frequent lighting and rain, and even a possible thunderstorm.

What does a "Watch" mean?  Essentially the NWS says that means the conditions are favorable for a possible tornado.

Expect wind gusts as high as 70 mph along with thunderstorms this evening.  There is also a flood watch in effect for much of WNY until midnight.
