TransAsia Plane Crash Was Captured On Dashcam Footage [VIDEO]

A "small" aircraft crashed on Wednesday shortly after taking off from Taiwan's Taipei Songshan Airport.  The crash left 23 dead and 20 remain missing.  The last couple seconds of the flight were captured on dashcams.As you will see, the plane actually clips a taxi and an overpass and landed upside down in a nearby river.

The last communication from one of the aircraft's pilots was "Mayday Mayday engine flameout," according to an air traffic control recording on liveatc.net.
