UB Signs Basketball Coach Nate Oats To Another 5 Years

He won a MAC Championship in his very first year as the head coach for The Bulls.  He also took his team to the NCAA tournament and won 20 games this season.  Today, The Bulls rewarded Head Coach Nate Oats to a 5 year contract at UB.

This contract will take him through the 2020-2021 season.  It's great news for a coach who not only lost a handful of starters but has also been dealing with quite a bit of personal issues as well. (Oats wife Crystal has been battling cancer)

We would like to wish coach the best of luck in the upcoming season.  We can't wait for another exciting year.  Horns up!
