Ladies, wouldn't you kill for a body like Jennifer Aniston?  Angelina Jolie's lips?  Kardashian's rump?  LOL.    Well, according to the Transform Cosmetic Surgery Group (UK)- Kate Middleton's nose has topped the UK list for a 2nd year in a row, for most requested body part for surgery procedures.  In at #2- Cheryl Cole's sexy dimpled cheeks (agreed) & Nicole Scherzinger's (former member of the Pussycat Dolls) pout!

For the men, guys (for some reason) wanted Robert Pattison's jaw, Ashton Kutcher's (annoying) cheek bones, Ryan Gossling's lips and Zac Efron's eyes!

Funny, nowhere did I see Danny Devito's hair, Steve Buscemi's eyes or Honey Boo Boo's belly!
