President Obama unveiled his deficit reduction plan on Wednesday that calls for spending cuts and tax increases that he claims will cut the federal deficit by $4-trillion over the next 12 years.  Most importantly he said it can be done without cutting Medicare and Medicaid programs.

But it was hard to concentrate on some of the specifics of his proposals because of what we saw - Vice President Joe Biden appearing to be asleep.  The camera was on him for nearly 30 seconds before he awoke from his slumber.  Judge for yourself.
