How bold! How stupid! How mean!

Pick any one of those statements and you would be correct. These thieves stole a puppy out of a backyard in suburban Dallas,TX.

The dog does have a "chip" which may help track the dog down eventually. However, as of early Wednesday morning, the thieves had not been found.
