West Seneca Police Officer Caught Helping Man Struggling in Wheelchair [PICTURES]

I know this is such a simple gesture, but I figure we have to write some nice, heartwarming things that we can highlight sometimes! Kuddos to this police officer, Officer Jarczyk in West Seneca who pulled over to help a man that was struggling. Officer Hanley was also involved, but hats off for a wheelchair van driver who volunteered to drive this gentleman in the wheelchair to his residence.
