Although we hate to admit it, we all have them.  They're bad habits.  Earlier in the week, I polled our listeners on facebook and asked, "If you had to pick one, what would you say is your worst bad habit?"  Here are the top 5:

1.  Smoking – (24%)

Of all the habits listed, this one was the most common.  I have to agree that this is a bad habit.  It's terrible for your health but it's also bad for everybody else.

2.  Procrastination – (16%)

The thing that was funny about this one was that these responses came in quite a while after the question was posted.  They were going to answer it...in just a minute.

3.  Biting nails – (13%)

Strangely enough, 13% of the people that took the survey took enough time to stop biting their nails that they were able to type it.

4.  Facebook –(7%)

It's ironic to me that people put Facebook down as a bad habit...on a survey that they were doing....on Facebook.  But I get it.  Social networking is incredibly addicting and it can waste a ton of your time.

5.  Poor eating habits –(4%)

This one is right up there with smoking for me.  I have to admit that this would probably be my worst habit.  It's really bad for your health and it's a very hard habit to break.

 

Some other honorable mentions in the survey included swearing, worrying too much, and my favorite: being too awesome.  Ha ha.  Yes WYRK listeners, you are awesome.  That is a hard habit to break.
