Vegetables, fruit, meat, dairy....we all know the kinds of things we're supposed to eat each day. But what if none of that mattered? What if we could decide on our own the most important things in our diet?

Many of us already do that, but let's pretend there were no health consequences for the kinds of foods we really like to eat. What if the most important thing in our diet was ice cream?  Or chicken wings?  Or pizza?  That's the question I put to people recently at a Buffalo Sabres game - if there were no health consequences, what would your food pyramid look like?
