The Buffalo News reports, "The free trees – donated by Arida Tree Farms, Northtown Garden Center and Grabber and Sons – will be available on Dec. 24 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the former Philip Sheridan School rear parking lot at 3200 Elmwood Ave. in the Town of Tonawanda. Arida and former Erie County Legislator Charles Swanick launched the program 35 years ago."

Volunteers will be on site to assist with getting trees wrapped and tied.
