Who Serves Buffalo’s Best Steak?

There is nothing better than a steak that's been cooked perfectly on the grill.  The buttery sizzle of a fillet or t-bone can really make a meal incredible.  Whether it's summertime or some other celebration, steak is perfect. 

For me, steak has to be cooked correctly.  I like it medium rare, with the right seasonings and just sizzling with butter on top.  We all make steak the way we want it.  But when you go out in Buffalo, who else cooks steak perfectly?
