Will New Cat Ban Cause People To Stop Wanting Cats in New York?

It's closer to becoming official.

Lawmakers in Albany are hoping to get a ban of cat declawing on all cats in New York state. Some are saying that it is inhumane to do the cat.

It passed one assembly but, and supporters hailed the move, but the bill has to go through a second committee before going to a vote in the Assembly.

A lot of vets are saying that declawing should be the last resort for cats that rip apart furniture and should be legal.
