Wilson Farms Strikes A Deal With 7-Eleven

7-Eleven has signed an agreement  today  to purchase Wilson Farms.

The deal states that 7-11 will take over the 188 Buffalo-based convenience stores.

The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

7-Eleven says the company will invest in remodeling the stores, hiring local contractors for the remodeling program that will begin later this year.
