Woman Finds Outrageous Animal in Her Coffee by New York State

This is insane. One woman is considering taking legal action after she found this inside of her iced coffee from Tim Hortons a couple of days ago.

The woman got her iced coffee and it kind of looks like she had a few sips unfortunately before she realized what the heck was in her drink. You can see the bug like figure with the antennas and it was confirmed that it was, in fact, a cockroach.

But come on--do you think that the workers put it there?

How does a cockroach get in a cup and then a worker pours the coffee and does not even realize that it is there? Maybe it crawled in the coffee and then they poured it into the cup? Who knows. I have worked in fast food for a good chunk of time in my life and I WILL defend the workers (if it was truly an accident) that you are moving SUPER fast when you work in fast food. I always joke that fast food workers should get tipped because they are serving you and running around super fast and there are no 'breaks' when it comes to working at a restaurant like that.

What is the woman going to do? Is she going to sue Tim Hortons?

She is considering legal action. According to CTV:

In an email to CP24 on Sunday, she said that “multiple people (including myself) have experienced severe vomiting and diarrhea” as a result of the incident.

The woman, who is a nursing student says that she still has yet to get a 'sincere apology', but also admits that she talked to the supervisor and they gave her the money back for her order and also offered her a $50 gift card, but she declined.
