August 30, 2011 Sugarland’s Jennifer Nettles has been asked to host the CMA country Christmas special for a second year. The two hour show will be taped on November 10th which is the day after the CMA Awards and will air on ABC during the holidays. I watched the special last year and thought Jennifer did a great job hosting. Word is she is pleased to have been asked back to host once again.
I'm excited that Miranda is releasing a new album later this year. I think I'm more excited that the expected release date just happens to be four days before my birthday. According to ABC's 'Good Morning America' Lambert stated on friday morning that "I've been waiting so long to announce this, My next record is called "Four, the Record" and it's out 11/1/11
May 16, 2011 I’m a ‘Dancing with the Stars’ fan and have been watching this season religiously. I always get nervous for the stars and the pros when it comes to the dances where they are allowed to do lifts. I would think it would be easy for them to get hurt after being dropped or tossed around. I saw on ‘Entertainment Tonight’ that dancing pro Kym Johnson was rushed to the hospital after being injured rehearsing with her partner Hines Ward. It was scary to see her on the gurney and there wasn’t much information given at that time. Well I have good news to report, Kym has been cleared by doctors and will dance tonight.
April 20, 2011 Toby Keith performed two of his hits last night on 'Dancing with the Stars" and didn't seem all that thrilled to be there.
April 14, 2011 Well it’s now official; The LA Times reports ABC has cancelled two of its long running daytime soaps. “All My Children” will end this September and “One Life to Lives’” last episodes will air in January 2012. I have to say I’m a little sad at this news. Even though I haven’t been able to watch them in a long while, I do admit to catching up with them occasionally on the Soapnet .
April 5, 2011 Who’s going tonight on ‘ Dancing with the Stars' ? If I were a gambling woman I’d say it’s going to be Wendy Williams. Last night she gave us another lack-luster dance, and I feel so bad for her partner Tony who always seems get teamed with the worst of the cast each year. Last year it was Kate Gosselin and now Wendy.

March 10, 2011 Rascal Flatts fans get a treat this weekend with their ABC special “Nothing like This” which airs at 8. The special is centered on the bands live concert taping in Minneapolis-St Paul this past January. Pop sensation Justin Bieber will also appear in a never before seen clip of the Flatts-Bieber video “That Should Be Me”. The special will spotlight behind the scenes footage of the band on tour.
